- Use sitz bath – when your body has cooled down. You can use sitz bath to completely cool down the area and relax the blood vessels. Just be careful, don’t go for it until you have cooled down after your exercise. You can also do it before your exercise
- Eat food full of fiber – As a trainee, you may need a lot of protein, but don’t forget to add fiber to your body. It is fiber that will ease out the movement of food in your colon.
- Drink plenty of water – as we said earlier, have a lot of water. It will help you with constipation.
- Use suppositories – You can also use some suppositories to put them in check. You can use the natural ones made of coconut or garlic. There are some available over the medical counters but natural ones are just as effective. Try using them.
- Avoid standing or sitting for long – This may not be a very practical solution for a lot of people because of modern day work profiles, try and avoid standing or sitting for long hours if possible. You can also use donut cushions to help you with your sitting.
